حذف البيانات

كيف تطلب حذف بياناتك

يمكنك في أي وقت طلب حذف حسابك على منصة المدرسة وكل البيانات المرتبطة به، أو حذف الرسائل والتعليقات التي أرسلتها لنا عبر فيسبوك أو إنستغرام أو واتساب فقط.

  1. أرسل بريدًا إلى [email protected] بعنوان «طلب حذف بيانات»، أو اكتب «احذف بياناتي» في رسالة لصفحتنا على فيسبوك أو حسابنا على إنستغرام أو رقمنا على واتساب.
  2. اذكر البريد المسجّل به حسابك، أو اسم حسابك على فيسبوك/إنستغرام أو رقم واتساب الذي راسلتنا منه.
  3. قد نطلب منك تأكيد الطلب من نفس البريد أو الحساب لنتأكد أنك صاحب البيانات.

نؤكّد استلام طلبك خلال 3 أيام عمل وننفّذه خلال 30 يومًا كحد أقصى، ونرسل لك تأكيدًا عند الانتهاء.

ما الذي يُحذف

  • بيانات الحساب: الاسم والبريد ورقم الهاتف وصورة الملف وتقدّمك في الدورات وشهاداتك.
  • رسائلك وتعليقاتك التي وصلتنا عبر فيسبوك وإنستغرام وواتساب، وأي ملاحظات دوّنها فريقنا عنها.
  • قوائم البريد التسويقي (نحتفظ فقط بعنوانك في قائمة الحظر حتى لا يصلك بريد منا مرة أخرى).

لا نستطيع حذف سجلات الدفع والفواتير قبل انقضاء المدة التي يفرضها القانون (حتى 7 سنوات لأغراض محاسبية وضريبية)، وتُحذف تلقائيًا بعدها. ولا نستطيع حذف الرسائل من داخل تطبيقات Meta نفسها؛ يمكنك حذفها من حسابك هناك.

Data deletion (English)

You can ask Almdrasa to delete your account and all related data, or only the messages and comments you sent us through Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp, at any time.

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion request”, or send “delete my data” to our Facebook Page, Instagram account or WhatsApp number.
  2. Include the email of your Almdrasa account, or the Facebook/Instagram name or WhatsApp number you messaged us from.
  3. We may ask you to confirm from the same email or account.

We acknowledge requests within 3 business days and complete them within 30 days, then confirm by reply. Deleted: account data, course progress and certificates, messages and comments received through Meta platforms and our notes about them, and marketing lists (only a suppression entry is kept so we never email you again). Payment and invoice records are kept as long as the law requires (up to 7 years) and deleted afterwards. Messages stored inside Meta’s own apps can be deleted from your account there.
